Hi, I’ve partitioned my macbook pro with Windows 10. After using Windows and switching back to OS X the fan will come on and remain on until I close the laptop and open it again. It seems like the fan does not work on the Windows operating system. Can someone please advise. Thanks.

That shouldn't be happening. Try resetting the SMC and if that doesn't give joy, reset the NVRAM also.

I've tried your suggestion, unfortunately this hasn't worked. It only seems to be a problem when i'm using my windows OS, and works fine on Apple OS.

Do you have all the Boot Camp drivers installed?
When you are booted to Windows, does the Device Manager show you any devices that may have driver issues?
