I have a 2011 Mac Pro, 6 Core (Pictures included)

My problem is that it just shuts off randomly. We do a lot of video editing, SFX, etc. Sometimes it shuts off while opening Adobe Premiere. Sometimes it just shuts off when we arent doing anything. We took it in to a certified Apple Store (here in Spain) but they found nothing wrong. Continued smooth for a while but now we are getting the same problems.

Try the freeware program EtreCheck. It will scan your Mac and print out a text file that will point out older/ incompatible files and their paths to maually update/delete those files. Just note to reboot if you delete some older system hackies. This might help.

Is your power source reliable? Will UPS help?

    This seems strange:
Now in your screen shot that disk isn't listed, hence the "not mounted"! What's up with that?

If it is certainly connected then something is up. If it was connected in the past then you have a cache problem.
