Your system is drawing 35 W. With the CPU taking 10 W and the discrete GPU about the same. This means you have something connected to the MBP drawing 10 - 15 W. Disconnect that.

Then close whatever you are looking at in chrome to stop using the dGPU.

That should bring down the overall system power draw to about a third of what you are seeing now.

MacBook Pro. That terminology really makes a big difference here.
And what's GEL? Do you mean thermal paste?

Your sensor data really looks quite good if I'm honest. Not very hot at all on the GPU die or CPU cores.

The first picture shows Radeon high side: 9.82 Watt.

The CPU and GPU temperature is bit more than 60 degrees on the first slide which is quite moderate.

But the fans are close to 6.000 rpm which in my experience is not consistent with 60 degrees.

60c is not all that hot for the CPUs on a MacBook Pro that is doing some work. Apple runs them well into the 90c range. CPUs are speced to run up to near 100c. You don't put you fingers near the exhaust ports at the top of the unit.

Thank you for quick reply. But i have no devices connected to my Mac. is there any software or a way to analyse this power usage thing ?

Only the power connection.

but my battery cycles gone. [currently in Service Battery Condition]

The average is 4000 rpm. and and 5200-5500 most of the time. super load.

You can see my CPU Usage is at 15 - 20%

You are wasting your time. It's normal. I doubt you obsess about the coolant temperature in your car. Don't obsess about the temperature of your computer.

not just temperature. but the whole metal body is getting super hot. i'm not feeling comfortable to place hands on trackpad for 30 seconds constantly.

Any case like thing available for mac pro ;) which i can keep around mac while using - like a dress
which can keep my mac cool :p :) :) ? ever came across any such product.

i'm fine in keeping this mac in a bucket of water, to cool it down - sometimes. :( .
