so need hints to buy heat-sink also ... what I need to get upgraded with no hardware problems or heat issues !

You need to find an E5462 with the SLANT (C0 stepping) code. The SLBBN (E0) will not work. Luckily, a lot of these are floating around on eBay for really cheap as server pulls. I found this one for $104.00.
The next thing you'll need is the heatsink, which is Apple Part #076-1303. These are not cheap (almost $200) and I personally wouldn't buy one used (not a huge price difference anyway). Here's one that comes as kit with the thermal grease and everything.
You'll also need a 3mm hex driver with a pretty long shaft to tighten the screws in the heatsink (which are buried in the fins). One like this would well.
