Mac pro 3,1 strange noise.

hi, i just bought this MP 3,1 2 x 2.80ghz
It has been pushed to El capitan, i threw in the rams from my 1,1 (667 mhz rams)...

But i find that there is a kind of spinning noise at the start up, you guys have any idea whats causing this ?

also one of the fans makes a kind bearing noise...i think its the GPU's fan, but the initial sound need the be settled first. thanks

It boots fine and runs. Should i just dismantle the gpu and see if still make the noise when turned on ..

id just get a new one, are you just going online etc or working on it?

something like a gt610/gt640 are cheep cards that shude work will if you want a beef cake card then look at the gtx680/770 or some ati cards if your using openCL apps.
