Hello all. I have a Mac pro 3.1. I installed a new graphics card this morning, and in the process I may have disconnected 2 cables. I may in fact not have disconnected anything - I just can't be sure. I have attached a photo of the two cables / connectors. They both have gold ends, and the top one has the tag "1" attached to it, and the bottom one has the tag "BT". I'm not sure what they do and where (or if) they need to reconnect. Any help would be appreciated. They are located roughly below the 2nd drive bay.

Thank you

Hi jdogg386. Thanks for that. I have attached the lower cable (the Bluetooth one as you call it) , but I cannot find a circular spot to connect the upper one. Your arrow points to bits that are rectangular. Thanks.

Can you take a better picture? Now that I look, it looks like what I circled is filled with another cable. I'm guessing it's labeled 1, the one visible is labeled 3. At least the model number of that card in question would allow a search to find the card you have.

Bottom Bluetooth
Top Wifi

Thank you both jdogg836 and Macschrauber. I appreciate your help.

The disconnected wifi cable is marked 1. Will the computer have any issues or work incorrectly if this is not connected ? As mentioned previously, I cannot find a round shaped port to install it.

Thank you.

There are 3 antenna cables and 2 connectors on the BCM94311.

Some wifi boards have 3 connectors, so Apple built 3 antennas in the 3,1

the third cable end is isolated with a little plastic tube, if its missing use something else and put the cable aside.
