I've just run AHT and I get error code:

4sns/1/C0000008: Te1S- - 142

That's a sensor error in PCI slot?

Anyone know what this is and how to fix it?

Blow the dust off your video card and everything else. Replace your video card if the fan no longer works. A better card will run cooler.
