MP 6,1 Mac Pro 6,1 sr171 vs sr19h xeon

Hi,

I can see on eBay the sr171 vs sr19h xeon processors haveing the same egzact specs.
Is it because the 171 is a oem part while the 19h is retail?
Any chance the 171 will work fine in a Mac Pro 6,1?
