I think OWC is the best company in this case. The RAM is of course guaranteed for life (advance replacement, too) by OWC so you don't have much to lose.

OWC's lifetime guarantee is limited by the lifetime of OWC. Since the OP is looking to buy a Mac Pro the lifetime of the Mac Pro might be quite a long period of time indeed...

I could get Crucial, it's the same price as OWC....and a better "brand" name.

But now to pick between the "NetList" certified ones or OWC Certified? NetList is about $899 for 4x2GB and the other $659 for 4x2GB?
