Hey guys,

just ordered a webcam for my Mac Pro, what I would like to know is - if I receive a call or such on my Mac Pro from my iPhone, will the audio automatically / be setup to stream from the microphone that is inbuilt in the webcam?

Yes, assuming you are on latest Yosemite and iPhone is iOS8.
Easy to test yourself when you get your webcam. Should work fine but may need a terminal entry if it doesn't work, some are having issues.
Remember to set up FaceTime app on both iPhone and the Mac to enable cellular calls.
