I found this refurbed Mac Pro doing a web search. It's advertised at the Apple store with just a Chat or Call Us option and no Buy Now button?

It means its out of stock. You can go directly to any refurbished page by typing the model number into the URL (google indexes them).

If it's out of stock, there wont be a buy button, and it wont be displayed in the listings.

Brian Y is correct it is currently not available as a refurb at the moment.
