Mac Pro Early 2009 upgrades help?

I have a Mac Pro (Classic) 4,1 16 GB El Capitan 2.26 GHZ quad Xenon
I was wondering what would be a good second Optical Disc Drive like a BD drive?
is Nvidia GeForce GT 120 good for video out display to a TV?
what would be a good capture card or device? I would like something that I can plug composite, sVideo and component (no HDMI since its for recording older stuff)
