Mac Pro External HDD disconnect itself.

When the computer go to sleep and then turn on, the external HDD always disconnected which cause some issues. Are there any way to prevent this issue?

System Preference > Energy Saver
Uncheck "Put hard drives to sleep when possible"

There is a known issue with this. If it's disconnecting it might not be related to the Energy Saver settings.
