Mac Pro Graphics Overclocking

Hi guys,
I have a 2.8 quad 2010 with everything stock.
Playing games on a daily basis. The AMD 5770 is inside.

Was wondering how much can these cards be overclocked safely.
If this voids the warranty of the card, which software is recommended to over clock, and how much of a performance boost can be expected?
perhaps some pre/post benchmarks?

Ps: the over clocking would be done in bootcamp on windows 7 ultimate 64bit.

thanks, but isn't the 5770 that comes with mac different to a pc one?
I doubt the people on a pc forum have used a mac pro to over clock it.
