    Looks like you might be bottlenecked by the interface you're using. 4x750 > 250 MBps ;x

    Someone Please explain?Is this better than Xbench

    Seeing as XBench is largely meaningless garbage (worse than MacBench was in terms of reliability), yes, I'd say it's a more reliable benchmark of HDD speed comparing across drives.
