Mac Pro, mavericks, popup AvStats

Hi,

I get every time a popup with "Avstats". I can not figure out where it comes from and how I can stop this. Forced stopping using the activity monitor is ineffective.
Does anyone know a solution for this?

Looks like it's Avira antivirus causing the issue. You can completely uninstall Avira by dragging it from the Applications folder into AppCleaner: https://freemacsoft.net/downloads/AppCleaner_2.3.zip

Thanks for the good solution, it was indeed a message of Avira coming back again and again. I've uninstalled the program with AppCleaner and the message is clear. And this solves my problem!
