Mac Pro Nvidia 7300GT(First Gen MP) and Overscan hacks

Hello everyone, I just watched Tekzilla this week and saw how they posted hacks/fixes for people having their computer connected to HDTV. I know how to fix this in Windows but not sure how I can fix this in Apple. Hope someone has a similar fix.

I currently have a Sharp 26in 1080i.

I am using that but I still have overscan problem so part of my desktop is eaten by the edge of the screen. I know in Windows Nvidia has tools to adjust this but not sure in Apple.

I knew there was something out there. I just googled nvidia hacks, what did you search by anyway?

My search criteria was fixing overscan under Mac OS X.

Please let me know if that works. I'm not interested in the program myself, I just use VGA if I have to connect to the TV, but other people may run across this issue and not know a solution.
