Hi, Can I install the DVD 10.6.4 OS for MAc PRO on a Mac BOOK ?

No, the install DVDs that come with your computer are locked to that particular model.

If you boot up the MacBook if target disk mode attached to the Mac Pro and install from there it should work if it is a recent enough OS version.
