Mac Pro running El Capitan with OWC Accelsior S

Ok, running a 2010 Mac pro with accelsior S, and El Capitan. Have encountered an unusual issue. Some programs dont run, like I cant install Teamviewer and run WINBOX4MAC. Any encounter such an issue on similar hardware?

Also running a flashed R9 280x vid card.

I am running El Capitan on one of those Accelsiors with a Samsung EVO 850. I had no problems after enabling TRIM. Latest version of Teamviewer is 12. (13 is only beta)

I don't think there is anything to do with the Accelsior S. May be simply the software doesn't work well in El Capitan. Or some other software conflict.
