Mac Pro Server differences?

Wondering if there are any key differences between normal retail 2010/2012 Mac Pro vs the 2010 Mac Pro Server besides preinstalled OSX Server OS. Are there different video ports or are normal versions of OSX not usable?

No difference in hardware at all; they just included the server application.
