Just take a spare drive and do a clean install of OSX on it. Don't wipe the drive you're using. At least this will test for driver or software related issues. I suspect what tsialex is saying regarding a dying card, but at least a fresh start will tell you 100% for sure.
Did you clean and reapply thermal paste on the GPU?

Yeah, i changed the thermal past.
Now I will install the operating system again on another disk and test the GPU from there.
I am currently using the original GPU and everything works fine, apparently my GTX 660 is dying :(

If you reapplied thermal paste to the GPU, there’s a chance you damaged it or was already damaged beforehand.

The OS reinstall will tell the true story... Sorry your GPU is potentially toast. The good thing here is you have an opportunity to replace it with something more powerful.
