Mac Scheduler?

Is there a good scheduler program out there for mac?

What I'm trying to accomplish is to have certain program automatically run at a certain time of day, then quit automatically in a couple hours. Anybody know of some way I can accomplish this?

I'm kind of new to macs so I dont have a whole lot of experience.

You can use iCal to launch programs, I'm not sure about turning them off. In any event, you could write a very simple Applescript that would turn off the program, which could also be controlled by iCal.

i think aurora will do the job for you.. im prety sure you can make it close after the alarm finishes. im not 100% sure tho..its worth a try!

Ical with applescript to turn it off! Genious! Now i feel dumb for not thinking of that! Thanks
