Are there any screen recording software for Mac. Something like HyperCam and Camtasia for Windows.

I've heard Jing is pretty good. And it's free.

    Thanks everyone. :)

But, I downloaded Jing, I love it but how do I convert the .swf format into a format that is editable and can be uploaded into youtube like .avi and .mov etc without registering for Pro.

Seems like you've already found your solution, but Snapz Pro from Ambrosia gets great reviews.

    iShowU

There is a program called iShowU. It's a pretty basic tool. It's not an editing software. it just converts them into Quicktime files.

You can use HandBrake or VisualHub to convert the files for YouTube.
