What do you mean by "make" screensavers? You are a programmer that wants to build your own? Cause the tools are included on your Mac OS X install discs its called Xcode.
Otherwise I'm not really sure what you mean. Or are you just looking for screensaver modules? In that case go to www.versiontracker.com and search for some.

just a programme whereby you can make screensavers out of photos and videos and add transitions etc. I have no skills and would need a programme to do the hear work for me
Install Developer Tools off the DVD that came with you computer and find Quartz Composer. It's really simple to use so don't worry, it's all visual.
