If I look at some virus ridden website on my iBook, then turn it off. If I turn on my iMac a few hours later, is that virus ridden site going to get my IP adress from the iBook and give the iMac viruses? I am not sure how often my IP adress changes or anything. Am I in danger in any way? Thanks for any help.

You shouldn't have any problems, as there are no confirmed, real viruses that affect macs. So look at as many virus riddled websites as you'd like, but remember to be safe about personal information you give out on the internet, and always use a firewall. :)
