Mac Studio M2 Max to 2019 Mac Pro comparison

I'd like to upgrade from current model 2019 Mac Pro 3.3 GHz 12-Core Intel Xeon W to the Mac Studio M2 Max with 12‑core CPU, 38‑core GPU, 16‑core.
I'd really like to know rough computational/benchmarks differences between the two systems.

What is the best way to get this rough data? I've googled it but not found much. I thought there would be lots of sites that let you enter the specs of two different Macs and allow you to compare the stats....!

You can look at popular benchmarks like Geekbench to get a rough idea. For example, M2 Max is about 2x faster in single core and between 30-60% faster in multi core, depending on type of workload (this is CPU). Do keep in mind that benchmarks are not guaranteed to accurately predict your specific use case.

It might help if you me thin what kind of tasks the computer is meant for, then users might give you more informed comparisons.
