It should not matter, but your M2 Studio is TB4 not TB3.
I agree with you but apple has taken me through every scenario possible and still the problem exists,plus this is the 2nd M2 Ultra I’ve had as they exchanged 3 days after purchase,it’s just been one long runaround for the last 2 months with promise after promise and nothing comes to fruition just goes to sand🙏😌🙏

Are you saying that you've already tried other TB4 cables, like the ones I linked? If not, try it out and if they don't work, just return them.

For anyone wondering, this has never been fixed, and still remains an issue with the M2 Pro mac mini in 2025.

The troubleshooting advice people usually give makes zero sense. It works just fine after turning off the primary monitor, waiting until the secondary comes on, and then turning on again the primary one. The bug is not present with other devices.

It confirms that this is a bug with the M2 Pro mac mini, and not an issue with cables, monitors, or the like.
