Having trouble. My internal burner is shot, so I've been using an external drive. Mac the Ripper scans the DVD, but when I click "GO" it doesn't do anything. It just sits there at 0.0 MB downloaded, and I have to force quit to get out of it, or worse, restart the computer.
I know the external drive can read and burn, but I can't get past this glitch. This is annoying as hell, because I've used Mac the Ripper a lot in the past, and for the most part, it used to work perfectly.
Any suggestions would be appreciated. Also, if anybody knows a decent app that does the same thing (ripping through an entire DVD and prepare the VIDEO_TS files for burning), I'd be extremely grateful.
