Mac to PC video chat, how to record?

Hi all,

My understanding is that a Mac user with iChat and iSight can have a video chat with a PC user using AIM and any generic webcam (please correct me if I'm wrong!)

A couple of questions-

1. Can you record video chats?
2. Will the entire iChat window be recorded (main shot of the other party, with a small thumb of you)?
