Hello, all. A buddy of mine suggested he and I might be able to get tech support jobs with Apple, but they're Tier 2 and would require a bit more than the standard "did you try restarting yet" resolutions. Does anyone know of any training that might help prepare me for that? I live in Arizona so a class there would be convenient. Barring that, an online class would be okay. Failing everything else, does anyone know of any books that might offer some helpful guidance? Thank you, very much!

I had this book for Snow Leopard and it was a great read.
This is the mavericks version:

There are many more like it.

As for formal training, maybe something from:
http://www.mactech.com/
However it is not free.
Maybe some podcasts or in iTunes-U you can find some free courses.
