Hi, Im the Admin in my computer and my brother is a user. on a separate account. The problem is that when he downloads something and Moves it to that Applications folder he needs to Authenticate. and if i do type in my User/Pass, It gives me the application he downloaded too.

Main Question: Is There anyway we can separate are accounts?

Thanks,
-Vital

Normally, the Applications folder is at the root level of the drive so all users can access it. However, applications don't need to be in that main folder in order to run. If you don't want the apps that your brother downloads, just tell him to create his own Applications folder somewhere in his account (maybe just on the Desktop) and have him store his apps there. That way, they won't show up on your end.
