Does anyone know where I can find a list of MSWindows and OSX equivalent keyboard commands and shortcuts?

The Keyboard Shortcuts Guide here at MacRumors is a great help in this area.

Most keyboard shortcuts in applications from Adobe, Microsoft, etc. are identical with the following caveats:

The CONTROL key on Windows = the COMMAND key on the Mac (Cloverleaf/Apple Logo Key)

The ALT key on Windows = the OPTION key on the Mac

The "Control" Key on the Macintosh is NOT used in most keyboard shortcuts, and it is NOT the same as the CONTROL key on Windows (see above). Instead, it is often used to "right-click" when you press it along with a mouse click if you do not have a two-button mouse.

Other Equivalent Shortcuts (Windows --> Mac)

CTRL+ALT+DEL ("Force Quit" an application) --> CMD+OPT+ESC
ALT+F4 (Quit the active application) --> CMD+Q
ALT+TAB (Switch between applications) --> CMD+TAB
