My MacBook air gets stuck on the grey apple screen loading and before it happened I accidently deleted some stuff from the library folder, I tried connecting the MacBook air SuperDriv. But it did nothing help

Have you tried any of the following steps?
Macdoesn't boot
What folder have you deleted?
Can't you really boot form the SuperDrive via USB by holding down the Option/Alt or C key during startup while the restore DVD is inside?
