My .Mac trial is going to expire in 8 days time.

If i choose not to buy a .Mac Membership will my .mac email address still be valid and will i still be able to check my email using Mail?

If i don't choose to buy .Mac will i just loose the iDisk storage?

You will lose your .Mac email and associated storage.

You'll lose the email too. Mind, you'll still retain your .Mac address as your Apple identity for use with stuff like your iTunes account.

You only get to keep the AIM address and the Apple ID. Everything else goes.

If you choose to let it lapse, then rejoin at a later date, you will get the @mac.com email address back, if that's any consolation.
