MacApp Store password reset not working

I've forgotten my MacApp Store password, so I clicked the 'forgot' button. It took me to the password resetting site, and asked me to enter my Apple ID. I entered it, and it asked if I wanted to answer security questions or do email authentication. I opted for the latter, and it said "Your email had been sent!"

That was yesterday, and no email has arrived since. I tried one more time but to no avail.

Any ideas?

[EDIT: The emails came through... They were just extremely delayed for some queer reason]

I've also been waiting several weeks for a password reset email for an Apple ID.
