I know this may seem like a strange question, but should the backlight always be on? I know it is off prior to logging in, but I think mine just died. It was on and just completely went off. I restarted and it was still off. Not sure if it senses ambient light? Thanks.
edit: never mind. I could have just went in the dark 😛, it does sense the ambient light.
