I just purchased one of these and while I like it, it seems to bulge on the back top cover, like it is slightly warped. No anchor point where it bulges and moves if I push in it.

I'm a little worried that dust/dirt are going to slip in a harm the finish. Anyone using this laptop cover have any good or bad experiences with the iGlaze? I'm tempted to skin it with a Zagg and not worry about it.

I do like the glaze finish though.

I did contact Moshi directly. They watched my video of the bulge/gap as I pressed down on it repeatedly with my finger. The said the gap was by design so that when putting on and taking off the cover it would not crack. Fair enough I suppose, but the bottom case doesn't flex as much. Maybe it doesn't have to. All in all I like the case, and will keep it. Maybe this post will save help anyone adding this accessory to their Macbook.

I was using the Moshi iGlaze and noticed the exact same thing as you describe. I also wasn't pleased with the notion of dirt or other crap getting in under the cover. I contacted Moshi about it and they asked me to send them a picture and I just haven't gotten around to it yet. Honestly I like the cheapo i-Blaison case I got at Amazon better. It fits more tightly, it has a rubberized finish (not just a smooth, frosted finish like the Moshi case), and although it has vents on the bottom of the case, it fits up against my computer tightly enough that I'm not really worried about schmutz getting in there.

Thanks for the confirmation. I can see that there is no place to anchor the middle of the top of the case. Making it thicker to control bowing I suppose was not a good option.

I guess it was "designed" that way as a compromise. Please let me know how Moshi responds to you. I'd love to see if they are consistent.
