hey guys newbie hereee
ive been searching forums everywhere still confused ahh..

so in the next couple of days planning to buy a macbook 13inch.

the question i have is: I have a 27inch Samsung HDTV LCD Model :LA27S71B
the setting that it uses on PC (VGA) mode is 1366x768 and it also has the HDMI hookup... the question is will i have any problems with connecting to the LCD as in will it be clear and proper or is it not fully compatible with those settings i.e 1366x768?? i currently use the VGA settings with my vaio notebook and its perfect just want to know if it will be with the macbook i plan to purchase.. I plan to use it as an external screen with the macbook closed not doing dual screen thing

thanks for your guys help i do really appreciate it :)

i have a sceptre komodo 23" lcd i recently got from newegg with the same resolution as your samsung. on the back it has a port for a vga cable, and i tested it out yesterday with my macbook pro—works great! just like any other external monitor.
