ok, here is my situation...

i have this macbook

Serial number: ***********
Name: MacBook (Mid 2007)
Model: Mxxxx MacBook White 2.2GHz
Bus speed: 800MHz
Screen size: 13 inch
Memory - number of slots: 2
Factory: W8 (Shanghai China)
Model introduced: 2007
Production year: 2007
Production week: 44 (November)
Production number: 15644 (within this week)

i hear that mid 2007's macbooks cant support 4gb due Operation system limit to 3gb, but the spects are from late 2007, including bus speed 800 mhz and the 2.2ghz on white macbook, can i get the full 4gb RAM working on my mac?

The Macbooks that can support 4 GB of RAM were introduced in early November, 2007. So if this macbook was produced in November, it can support 4 gigs of RAM.

Plus, the rest of the specs align with Macbooks that support 4 GB of RAM (2.2 GHz processor, 800 MHz FSB, etc). So you're good to go.

Yes - it is a MacBook 3,1 (why did you blank the model identifier out ?)

supports 4GB

No, the 3GB Ram cap is for MacBook purchased after the May 2007 update and before the November 2007 update.
