1. Try searching one of thousands of threads asking the very same question.

You're going to get 100 different opinions. If you want the most compatible and don't need the absolute fastest, try Kingston V+ or V+100. It has the same Toshiba controller that Apple uses. Make sure the part number starts with a 325 though on the V+ series.
