macbook 2010 ssd brand advice

    So, which brand of ssd should I buy? anyone got any good/bad experience with any? thank you for the help

    Also I have a 2010 MBP, can those handle a SATA III?

    2. No they don't have SATA III.

    You're going to get 100 different opinions. If you want the most compatible and don't need the absolute fastest, try Kingston V+ or V+100. It has the same Toshiba controller that Apple uses. Make sure the part number starts with a 325 though on the V+ series.
