My MacBook is experiencing sticky keys and general keyboard issues.

I bought it last summer through the John Lewis offer with 2 years warranty.

With MacBooks gone from the wild, what’s the procedure for repairs/replacements if they don’t make them anymore?

I just picked up a used 2017 i5 to backup my 2015 that I love so dearly...

If you call apple you may be able to take advantage of their mail in service. I sent a 15" macbook pro in for the same repair via their mail in service. Organised it all via apple live chat, ups box arrived the next day, sent it off and had it back less than a week later.
