Hi, I've been happily using my 3-year-old MBA. Recently I started to having weird OSX problems. After one of the security updates, it started to give me kernel panics in every single cold-boot. I had to restart everytime just to able to log into my user account. Last week it became even more hectic, whenever I unplug it and plug it back to power adapter while the MBA is on and running, I was getting the kernel-panics again and again. So I formatted my SSD drive, and performed fresh install (SL 10.6.0) on it. Works faster than ever now. No kernel panics at all! Now here is the dilemma...Do I need (have) to install all the updates or I can live with it as it is. Right now I do have all the software installed on it that I will need. What to do, what to do...?
