MacBook Air 11" Reinstall from Internet Recovery Loop?

I have a MacBook Air Mid-2011 and I'm stuck in an endless installation loop where it keeps taking me back to OS X Utilities after it's done installing.

I boot to internet recovery (Command+Option+R), then I chose install Lion and after that a screen comes up that says "downloading additional components. your computer will restart automatically" and it does, but it takes me back to the OS X Utilities page.

What can I do?!???!

Have you run the hardware test to find out if there is an issue with the machines hardware?

Reset PRAM and everything worked fine
