Macbook air 13'' with logic pro x or power full pc with another audio program?

I guess it's possible to bounce software instruments with lots of plugins to audio tracks or samples and save cpu. The more cpu, ram and disk space you have, the more you can have going at the same time. Plugins and Software instruments vary in cpu and memory load.
