I have been working on this Macbook Air with a black screen No video no backlight it was suggested it could be a logic board problem so I purchased and replaced the logic board and the problem still persist. Everything works fine and using an external monitor I have video. Can someone here offer a diagnoses? I have not tested the video cable because the screen has to come apart to do that. Is there a known problem with these cables? I don't think it is a backlight problem because I can't see an image when I shine a light through the apple. Are there other known problems with these MBA screens?

Success in this venture. The problem was dirt on the connector just cleaned it and it worked. Important to note a small bit of debris on the connector can cause a lot of problems.
