hi all,

Can anyone of you tell me what's going wrong with this macbook air LVD screen?

The colocar that should be OK is green. Take a look at video. It flickers. Movement or heat/cold affect the flickering.

Thanks in advance
Regards
Fak

Hook it up to an external monitor to see if the same thing happens. If not, it's a cable, logic board, or screen issue.

No issues on external screen. anyone helps?

thanks.

Hard to tell from the video, but it looks like you're rotating the display in order to trigger the flickering. If that's the case, that's a classic sign of a bad LVDS cable (cable that connects the LCD panel to the logic board).

You can replace the LVDS cable alone, but it's kind of a tricky install if you're not comfortable working on your own electronics, and the bezel will look like crap when you get it back on. So you're probably looking at a replacement display assembly.
