MacBook Air 2017 Fan on full continuously,

The screen broke so I swapped in for a new one, now the fan in on full speed continuously, Mac Fan Control does not work.

Any suggestions?

Everything is correctly attached and connected, it's full speed from powering on ti turning off.

Based on my experience with putting together a working MacBook Air from spare parts, I'd say one of the temperature sensors is not working properly and this is causing the fans to spin at full speed.

Any solution - my Nephew is experiencing the same problem, but has not opened up his Macbook?
