Hello all. 3 days ago I have bought a MacBook Air 2017, in seemingly good condition. The battery cycles were in the 30-40s. Laptop worked perfectly until today (Friday). What started happening, was constant resets of the computer. It would come back on and then after 2mins of working, it would shut down again. It took me a while to figure out the whole concept of the problem but I have some idea. After doing the SMC, I have realised that the battery is not charging and found that if the MacBook was plugged in, the laptop would not shut down, having relied on the power adapter. I believe there is nothing wrong with the battery as can seen by this screenshot (I have noticed the charging with 0 watts, does that mean anything?, possibly get a new charger?).
Could someone please tell me what the problem is, in this situation?

Tried different chargers?

Have you examined the MacBook for liquid damage?

Does the led on the charger stay green or orange when connected?

Tried disconnecting and reconnecting the battery to make sure the battery is firmly connected?

Is the battery an original Apple oem?

Thanks for your reply. In the end I took it to a repair shop and it was a bit of a plastic bit stuck in the battery connector, which clearly was disturbing the connection. All in all, a nice quick fix, was worried it would be something more serious.
