Macbook Air 2018 256GB: 1729 EUROS

Macbook Pro 2017 Non Touchbar 256GB: 1629 EUROS

Macbook Pro 2017 with Touchbar 256GB: 1705 EUROS

I know the macbooks 2017,both the TB and nTB version are cheaper AND have better performance but I'm worried about the keyboard as it was faulty.I've heard problems about the 3rd gen keyboard too but I'm thinking perhaps the problem with the 3rd gen keyboard might have been minimized ?Then again if I get the 2017 MBP and the keyboard breaks down,I'll get a free repair which is something that won't happen with the MBA 2018.

Edit:I will be using it for internet, microsoft office applications, skype, occasionally editing youtube videos.

Depends on what you intend to use it for. The air is a nice compromise because it has physical function keys but you also get touch ID which is really the only thing I like(d) about the touch bar models. Although, if you're in need of more processing power I would stick with one of the Pro models.

The MBP comes at the price of an even steeper purchase price, a heavier machine with less battery time (and a 7th gen CPU if you get the nTB MBP), and the sharp-edged front case. OTOH, you get a better display and more ports (in the tb MBP). Tradeoffs...there's a lot of overlap in the lineup right now. Not disagreeing with you, just throwing more data points on the table.

For the uses mentioned by the OP, any of the line is probably fine. I think even the MBs would be fine for the listed uses.
